Newsletter: The Roadrunner
The Roadrunner, published quarterly, is the newsletter of the El Paso/Trans-Pecos Audubon Society. For the current edition (October - December 2024), click here.
The organization now known as the El Paso/Trans-Pecos Audubon Society got its start as the El Paso Bird Study Club, founded in 1938. The El Paso Bird Study Club published the first issue of The Roadrunner in January 1942. El Paso Bird Study Club
The El Paso Bird Study Club published 32 issues of The Roadrunner between 1942 and 1949. From 1946 to 1949, each issue included a Junior Roadrunner supplement for young bird enthusiasts.
